The heating pad is detachable from the belt. Each feature operates independently or in combination depending on personal preference. Turn on the controller and select the desired features, then it can be wrapped around the body, the leg or arm or directly apply the heating pad itself to the affected area.  

It’s suggested to start at low setting then gradually increase the temperature and time. PEMF feature is suggested using for 15 minutes per session, 1 to 2 times per day or tailored to individual’s personal needs.  It is very important to drink at least 8-10 oz of pure/mineral water before and after the session. Proper nutritional support and supplements are also helpful in conjunction with Gemthera therapies.
